My name is Halyna Bukliv, I am a woman, mother, wife, friend, and entrepreneur.
\nI was born in Ukraine in 1971, but I have lived in Italy since 2000.<\/p>\n

As soon as I moved to Italy, I found myself alone, in a country whose language I didn’t speak, and with two children to raise. I could say I managed to overcome that period thanks to my determination and strength of spirit, but the truth is that I was able to count on the typically Italian welcome and warmth.<\/p>\n

In Arsoli, a small town on the border between Lazio and Abruzzo, I was welcomed by a community and, above all, by a woman who became a second mother to me and a grandmother to my children. My mother, Amelia, was a pillar of strength, my point of reference. She supported me, gave me confidence and security. She was my first home! Because, as they say, our true home is not a place, but the people we love.<\/p>\n

My Italian life began in that small village, and the first friendships that endure to this day developed. Friends who continue to support me with their warmth and whom I carry in my heart every day.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

MY EXPERIENCE<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

I started out as a sales representative and translator. Over time, I specialized in accounting and eventually held a brief management position.<\/p>\n

Then, in 2008, I moved to Lombardy to work for a coffee roaster in the province of Milan, and that’s where my passion for coffee was born. Although I was an accountant, my experience working for a small company allowed me to experience the realities of an artisanal coffee roaster and to become immersed in and passionate about all the processes, from selecting green coffee beans to creating the final product, including selecting raw material suppliers, researching sales channels, and interacting with customers. For the same coffee roaster, thanks to my experience as a translator, I also handled import-export operations with the Baltic countries and the former Soviet republics.<\/p>\n

In 2020, like many others, I found myself having to reinvent myself, and this time, encouraged by the support of my longtime friends, I decided to create the Halyna\u2019s Coffee project.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

FROM THE WILL<\/strong> to express my gratitude to the country that welcomed me. What better way to thank it than starting with a product that symbolizes the warmth, energy, and hospitality so typical of Italy!<\/p>\n

FROM THE DESIRE<\/strong> to create something for myself, since I have always worked as an employee, even when I held administrative and managerial roles, I am now ready to become an entrepreneur.<\/p>\n

FROM (my) extroverted PERSONALITY<\/strong> and my natural propensity for building interpersonal relationships. I strongly believe in the potential of people and networks, so I seek to develop my collaborations primarily with small local businesses and artisanal producers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The HALYNA’S Coffee brand, with the coffee bean positioned like a pearl inside a stylized oyster, conveys my desire to always offer the best.<\/p>\n

Italy is a country that has given me so much; it’s the country where I found friends and love. That’s why I want to focus on Italy and the quality of artisanal Italian production.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
